Bierbeek/Deinze, 20 January 2026, Bausch Datacom, the leading Belgian developer of industrial data communication and electronics for, among others, the energy transition, today announces a strategic cooperation agreement with social enterprise Demival.

Through a far-reaching integration, Demival will from now on take full responsibility for all production and assembly activities for Bausch Datacom. This step not only deepens the existing commercial relationship, but also firmly anchors it for the future. For Bausch Datacom, this structural outsourcing creates the opportunity to fully focus on its core competencies: intensive R&D, software development and market expansion.
