Our hardware is 100% in-house developed by the engineering team in Leuven, Belgium. Software, firmwares and management system software is conceived in collaboration with our main partners RiTTec Germany and eNovates. All our products are designed, produced and serviced following ISO 9001: 2015 certified procedures protecting our high quality guidelines. The company has production centers located in Belgium (Demival, Covan and others), Taiwan and India. It is capable of large productions mounting up to several 10.000 units of electronics per year. Possibility to produce in country of destination is negotiable for large projects. Engineering on demand is available for specific projects.

NIS2 - ISO 27001

As a result of the cooperation with german sister company Ritter Technology, all production and firmwares for the Q7/SL+ hardware platform and DEMAS management tool are conceived out of a cybersecurity concept. The DEMAS management tool allows security firmware updates based on official international weakness reports. Also Bausch Datacom is implementing IEC 62443 cybersecurity procedures in its ISO 9001:2015 procedures. Finally, security is obtained for SCADA IEC 60870-5-104 applications through certification.
