Technical Overview

The development of PSTN I-Modules and other embedded modem applications is one of the most important activities of Bausch Datacom and its engineering company Delta Design.
The PSTN I-Modules (56,4 x 56,4 mm) that we design and produce are based, amongst others, on Conexant Technology and Silicon Labs Technology.
The DSI24XX I-Modules are complete modem modules in 3 different speeds (V32bis, 14K4, V34, 33K6, V.90, 56K) that meet global telephone line requirements. Available in a 56,4 x 56,4 mm size footprint, the device is ideal for embedded modem applications due to its small board space, low power consumption and global compliance.
The DSI2414 is based on a Silicon Laboratories SI2414 chipset (V.32bis, 14.4 Kbps)
